I know that ccleaner is considered to be the holy grail of registry cleaners, but in my opinion, it falls short of doing the job properly in many respects.įor example, I updated an app called Quick Media Converter yesterday which went pear-shaped and after trying various options to correct the problem, I finally decided to uninstall the app and remove the registry entries before proceeding with the reinstallation.
